Use the same Supabase sign-in and workspace on every device. On the PC containing your projects, sign in and choose Upload this device to cloud.
Automatic saving and live synchronisation between your PC and iPhone.
Step 1 — Sign in
Sign in with the account you created for Project Flow Cloud. After signing in, the workspace controls will appear here.
Step 2 — Connect and synchronise
Connect to your workspace, then upload this PC once. Your iPhone should use the same account and workspace.

Use “Upload this device to cloud” once on the PC containing all projects. After that, changes save automatically and appear on every connected device.
Import / update project
Best option: Microsoft Project XML. Native .mpp files must be exported from Microsoft Project as XML before this standalone version can read them. PDF remains available as a fallback.
Select one or both files, then Analyse.
