☁ Cloud Workspace
Sign in with the same Project Flow account on every device. Your cloud workspace will connect automatically. On the PC containing the master data, use Initial upload from this device once; iPad and other devices will then download it automatically.
Automatic saving and live synchronisation between your PC and iPhone.
Step 1 — Sign in
Sign in with the account you created for Project Flow Cloud. After signing in, the workspace controls will appear here.
Step 2 — Cloud workspace
The default workspace connects automatically. Use the initial upload only on the device that already contains your complete project data.

Local data: checking…
Use “Initial upload from this device” once on the PC containing all projects. Afterwards, every edit saves automatically. Open this same site on the iPad, sign in with the same account, and the cloud data will load automatically.
Device setup
PC with existing data: sign in → Initial upload from this device. New iPad/device: sign in → data downloads automatically. Do not perform the initial upload from an empty device.
Import / update project
Best option: Microsoft Project XML. Native .mpp files must be exported from Microsoft Project as XML before this standalone version can read them. PDF remains available as a fallback.
Choose the existing project explicitly. This prevents a revised XML file creating or updating the wrong project because of a filename or title mismatch.
Select one or both files, then Analyse.
Preparing import…
Manual tasks created in Project Flow are always retained.
